Policies
NBO does not allow any alcohol or drugs on ANY charter. NBO also has a no-smoking policy while on board the boat.NBO will provide all lures and soft plastic baits used on your charter. There may be an additional charge if certain lures (jerkbaits, crankbaits and spinnerbaits) are lost by the clients.
Clients will be charged a replacement fee for any NBO rod or reel lost or broken during your charter. The replacement fee will equal the current market value of the replacement equipment.
No pets will be allowed on board the charter.
NBO reserves the right to cancel any charter due to unsafe river or weather conditions. If your charter is canceled due to weather conditions every effort will be made to reschedule your charter or your deposit will be refunded.
